Prologue to Murder

I read the first book and never gave it a review as I felt maybe I was too harsh in my thoughts. I wanted to read the next book, hoping that the second one was better and I could have something more positive to write about.

The murder mystery might actually be good, if it wasn't overshadowed by the awful lobe triangle. There's an excessive amount of touching these men seem to do. Aka Fingers on lips saying shush, hands at a small of her back, brushing fingers down her chin, etc. Yet all these men are just friends?

Obviously, I'm in the minority as this book does seem to have an overall good review of four out of five stars. I'm hesitant to start the third book, but I do love cozy mysteries and really want to see if the books will progress a little better.
