Lots of Variety
I don't know if you can really call popsicle-making “cooking,” but that's just semantics in the long run. Though I haven't had a chance to try any of these yet - I still haven't purchased any popsicle moulds - I can tell from the ingredients that some will be very yummy and others appear to have potential.
These recipes range from the conventional (strawberry kiwi or cherry cola) popsicle ideas to the intriguingly uncanny (banana cream pie literally blended and formed into ice pops or a variety with edible flowers frozen inside or a whole section of recipes involving vegetables). Likewise, fat content and calorie counts run the gamut from very reasonable to highly indulgent. I imagine that there is at least one recipe to fit the tastes of everyone who reads this!
