Please Don't Go Before I Get Better

I still return to this one again and again. It is poetry that conveys beauty and simplicity. It instills the same feelings in me as the song “Simple and Clean” by Utada Hikaru. It is lovely and deeply human.

Some very beautiful lines and also some that made me feel like I am very, very old compared to the author. Overall, though, there were a lot of ideas and emotions that really resonated with me and that I could connect to, which is what I was hoping for.
