The second novel from this series and it feels and reads much better than the first one. Still I can't give it five full stars as there are some parts that feel a it of a drag. But besides this minor complain I am really looking forward to read the third part.
I love Alastair Reynolds.
I didn't know this was part of a series, so I'll just say that it's possible to read this one without reading the first in the series. It was lush and dark and lovely, as per usual with Reynolds.
