Of Blood and Bone

I read the prologue and the first chapter – 32 pages; 7% of the book. It has to be said that the writing here is fabulous and the concept has me wanting to know more about the story. Unfortunately, I'm just not into it. It is a wee bit wordy for me and drawn out. The interest is there, but not to the point where I'd want to read 400+ more pages of this one. This might just be something I'd rather watch as a TV show than read about.

If you're into character driven stories and well developed characters, then this might be one for you.
