β¨ BOOK REVIEW β¨ Of Battles and Covenants: book 2 in the Pandemonium College Knights series! π°β¨
Our girl Frankie is back and this time she's trapped in a dome-covered college with five supernatural hotties who each have their own agenda. Talk about complicated roommate situations! π
What I loved:
- The found family vibes (even when they're messy!)
- Multiple supernatural races (fae, vampires, demons, witches, AND werewolves!)
- The academy setting
- That plot twist at the end π
While the pacing was a bit slow for the first part of the book (hence the 4β), the last few chapters really kicked things into high gear! The reveals about Frankie's necromancer abilities and the boys' true motivations had me on the edge of my seat. π₯
If you loved book one, you'll definitely want to continue the series - just be patient with the build-up because the payoff is worth it! π
