Nokisen tomumajan arvoitus

Rating rounded to 4 stars. A jolly good read, but not quite up to the standards of the best Flavia books. The new surroundings at Miss Bodycote's school for girls are a nice change of pace, but somehow I feel things go slightly overboard in this novel. There's just too much stuff, and things are perhaps a tad too complicated.

It's still really well-written and a very entertaining, quick read, though, so I won't complain much. But hopefully the next book in the series is something of a step backwards.
