Noir is the New Black

I wanted to love this but it tried to pack so much into far too little room - 16 stories from 40 creators. The stories that were good needed more breathing room. Would have liked to see more from “Vera's List” by Tyrone Finch & Todd Harris and “Entanglement” by Erika Hardison & Karen S. Darboe.
