Nine Lies About Work

A thought provoking book about management (in enterprise) environments. We all see it, we all feel it, we all silently object it but the 9 Lies About Work puts it in a form that every manager that want to get most out of the teams and people (not employee or resources!) can start turning the ship towards more human management style. I might not agree we everything you read, we will probably not implement many of the suggestions, but it we resonate with me for a while.

Note: you could get a lot from just reading the summary, but do yourself a favor and read through the whole boo, it's really well written and fun to read/listen to.
