Im really disappointed in this book, it feels like a step back into all the issues that I didn't like from the first and second in the series. Previously each book was getting better and everything feeling more fleshed out instead of a long TV episode. But this has gone straight back to that format it will be good when the TV show does it but that feels like it's only purpose. I had bought the first 2 and the second was better than the first and then when it was available at the library read the third and that was much better and I had hope for this one but based of this book on the rough description of the next book I will not be continuing the series.

Same issues I had with the third book, feels paint by numbers and I think the murder here is clunky. In the first book the three sleuths all have their own things going on and have an arc but now it feels almost like there’s one person too many and there’s not enough for everyone to do. Feels a bit lackluster and uninspired.
