Missing

This one is a fast paced thriller set around a teen girl's disappearance.

While I don't always like the “secret child” trope, I do enjoy second-chance romance stories, and this one kept me interested all the way through. It was a great way to spend an afternoon and I really enjoyed the characters.

The hero is previously seen in another story in the High Stakes series. Only the first three are shown as a series by the publisher, but this is the fifth and last.
