When Wendy goes to her meeting with Chef Oliver Handley, the caterer for an upcoming wedding she is planning, the last thing she expects to find is a dead health inspector in the freezer. But things get even more complicated when it turns out that the health inspector is known to Wendy from when he temporarily shut down a venue that Wendy was going to use for a wedding. A venue that Chef Oliver worked at. With the suspects piling up Wendy asks hunky Private Investigator Brian to help her solve the murder, but it turns out that tough guy Brian has a fear that might hinder his investigative efforts.
