I believe this book provides amazing insights about the opposite sex.
It provides lots of examples, practices and useful techniques people can use to enhance the relationships.
I wish i would’ve read it sooner.
Very good book in general. In my opinion, it gives a good overview of the differences btw men and women and how to handle some situations. It does suffer from repetition, and I disagree with some of what was said, but all in all, I highly recommend going through each chapter quickly to get the main points.
Some criticise the book to be sexist, which I disagree with. Pointing out the differences btw the two genders is not sexist, but belittling one of them is, which is not what the author did.
I learned some things about myself while reading this book, and every time I can learn something about myself when I read a book, that's a huge win. While it is repetitive at times, this book is no more so than any other typical self-help book. I recommend this book for anyone wanting to understand themselves more, and the opposite sex.
dumb, damaging, gender essentialist nonsense

I would recommend this book to anyone interested in knowing more about the opposite sex. This one, or some other similar book, will do. Just read one. It will please you to find out that you are not alone in your behavioural tendencies and it will perhaps enlighten you as to why members of the opposite sex act the way they do. It's not a bible of sorts to say men are like this and women are like that, but it just serves to raise your awareness as to why people sometimes act the way they do. And knowing what you don't know and then learning what you know you don't know is a good thing.
