Madeline's Rescue

This one more had a “story”, the illustrations are also very good, dreamy sunset palette, i preferred the first one's tho, the art was more urgent, but some pages in this book would make great posters. I love how Bemelmans captured Paris.

Very clever, the illustrations are great and the story is really good. He even managed a huge plot twist :-D

A new adventure with Madeline and a mysterious dog. A great read!

Read 9/24/14. Good to follow in the tails of reading the original Madeline. A little bit scary, but a fun ending.
