I liked the concept of the book but felt that as someone who isn't familiar with the music mentioned here, it just didn't speak to me as much as it could have.

I love this book for how honest it was and for how much it made me remember how important music is/was at certain times in my life. I was sucked in to Rob's world right away and fell a bit in love with the two of them as an amazing but totally realistic couple. So very cool.

I don't want to disparage this book, only because I didn't finish it. It wasn't what I was expecting, although what was I expecting? (not sure). I couldn't connect with the characters and I dropped it soon after I started it. That's all...
