Ex-nautical engineer turned treasure hunter Alex Harding is about to embark on a salvage operation in the Caribbean, hunting for booty from a sunken ship. Auctioneer Zoe hopes to gain exclusive auction rights to his finds for her company. They're immediately attracted to each other, but Alex seems to be involved with Maria, and Zoe doesn't want to end up with a womanizer.
