Long Live the Pumpkin Queen

It was fine. Maybe I'm just in a cynical place, but the story felt pretty predictable, and there was too much made of a romance that had only begun, and seemed incredibly one-sided.

But the story really was fun, and I blew through the book. So if you're looking for something quick and fun without over-thinking, then this is it.

I love The Nightmare Before Christmas and of course Jack and Sally. When I saw this book about Sally written by one of my favorite authors...well it was an easy decision and I snagged a copy.

Very quick, fun and interesting read. It has all the feels and then some of the movie and I LOVE that we get to be inside Sally's head and get to know her more.

Highly recommend this one. Definitely a good one for Spooktober.
