Lift

This was an interesting read. My aunt suggested it and I liked it for the whole ‘as parents we are not perfect' aspect but I just didn't get it. I understand that this is written to her daughters but it seemed most of the story was an inside joke, if you get my meaning. There were parts of it that resignated with me but for the most part I felt left out. I am not saying you should not read it. As far as a touching parent book goes it was ok and it is only 82 pages with huge type and large spaces between sentences. It took me no longer than an hour to read. So go for it. It is was it is.
