Once again, Tawna Fenske delivers a well-balanced story with plenty of humor, heart, steam, and a good measure of drama.
I found it easy to root for both single dad Griffin and conflicted psychologist Mari, but my favorite character was probably Soph, Griffin's daughter. (And Leonard, the potty-beaked parrot, was a hoot!)
On a side note: I appreciate how the subject of mental health and therapy was treated in the story.
While this book can be read as a standalone, it probably helps to have read the first book for a bit more context regarding the Juniper Ridge compound and the concept of the TV show.
Can't wait to read the next in the series!
I listened to the audiobook book of Let it Show and y'all its soooo good. Jason Clarke & Erin Mallon are so great together as Maury (sp?) and Griffin.
Maury & Griffin are so perfect for each other. I love how they help each other move past their pasts & have some fun along the way. Omg & how funny is Lynyrd
