It All Falls Down

February 9, 2021: This is a bittersweet book review, because it feels like I'm saying goodbye to several really good friends. Reading this cozy mystery style series has been such a pleasurable experience for me and this is the final book. It might not be for everyone, but I have truly loved Denise Grover Swank's Rose Gardner Mysteries and Rose Gardner Investigations series as well as all the spin-offs for Neely Kate and Carly Moore. I've read all the books and novellas multiple times, and will read them again. Can't get enough!

The main character starts out as a young, kind, and naïve Arkansas native who was once abused and sheltered by the mother who raised her and she grows into a strong independent woman who makes it her life's mission to keep her home and neighbors in fictional Fenton county safe from all the criminal activity that takes root there. She has the ability to see ‘visions' of the future and this enables her to solve mysteries and help people. This series was recommended to me in author Tiffany Snow's Facebook group several years ago and I consider it one of the best recommendations I've ever received.
