Great advise and perspectives to have if you have a short fuse. This is mostly for people who are aware of their anger - maybe not for people to decide if they have anger issues. But in anycase, we all get angry and I thought this book was useful!
It is short and pretty much to the point. It is also a great skim, I read a good deal of it and I even wrote down the different breathing/pretend techniques. (like breath in like you were smelling a flower -breath out like you were blowing out a candle)
