Inheritance

NOO!!!!! Why?!?! I wanted a happy ending!!! WHY DIDN'T I GET A HAPPY ENDING?!?! I completely loved it and couldn't put it down..... until the last three or four chapters. It just about killed me to read that. I think it could have ended better (as in less completely heart wrenchingly depressing) but still it's good as a whole.
