How to Develop Emotional Health

There's some interesting stuff in here and I learnt a few things. But I agree with reviewers who are a bit confused at the way the author links virtually all aspects of adult personality to nurture and environment (dismissing genetics entirely, using the Human Genome Project as his evidence).

I'm not saying he's necessarily wrong to argue that genetics plays a far lesser role than we think. It's just that the way his argument is presented seems overly simplified and ready a little strangely.
