I read this from a perspective of already feeling like I'm doing something positive with work, but looking for insights that might be helpful.
It definitely delivers a couple of these, particularly on the topic of not getting into that depressing spiral of “oh, the world is so screwed up, health is screwed up, US politics is screwed up, etc etc”.
There's nothing earth shattering about the contents of the book, but as with most of the School of Life series, it's comfortably worth the time investment and you're sure to take at least a couple of learnings from it.
