Hiring for Attitude

Lots of great advice, brought down by too much explanation; too many examples; and some questionable stretches about convincing people to join your company by showing them how unhappy they are at their current jobs.

Good concepts, way too much fluff in the book. Half of the examples could be dropped, and the pitches for the authors company could be dropped. This would be a 5 star book if it were heavily edited down to its base concepts.
