I selected this book from a shared bookshelf at work. I didn't have any doubts about whether I'd like this book or not. I did. As in most [a:Nora Roberts 625 Nora Roberts http://photo.goodreads.com/authors/1265820113p2/625.jpg] books, I was hooked from the first page. It took me longer to read, since I was only reading it at work on my lunch time. When I was close to the end, I took it home, so I could read the last couple chapters quickly. The characters in this book came to life in my mind. They were developed in a way which almost made me believe this was a true story.I related to the main character, Phoebe, since we are both single-parents. And I'm certain every single mother wishes for a boyfriend as devoted and loving as Duncan. This is a wonderful, feel-good story.
