Hidden in Deception

Everyone is counting on me to change the world, but I can barely handle the changes within myself. Just as I think things are getting better, they nosedive and fall through the sky like a sack of bricks. And I can’t help but think they’re going to get way worse… I just have this feeling I can’t shake.

Millions of lives are in my hands. My life is, too. This destiny isn’t one I chose, and I’m so close, I can taste it…or is that the sour flavor of deceit? I’m not even sure I want this life, let alone will be able to survive it. Or the intense love I find myself drowning in.

Will I fly, or fall? Will I love, or lose?

Is my ending hidden in deception, or will it be absolved as I forge my path to victory?
