This was a quick read. What took me so long was the prequel in the back of the book. I read that one first. (And I was reading another two books at the same time.) Good story, fast paced. I think I know what the next one is about.

As always, this is one of the rare urban fantasy series I actually enjoy, with just the right touch of irreverent humour. While it has its flaws, it's such a wild campy ride that I just went along with it. Highly enjoyable.

I just want to create all these characters and love them all to bits and they're all very dear to me! Seriously though, if you're looking for a good fantasy read, love quirky characters and love a good dose of mythology -this series hits all the right notes.

A fun romp! Loving the Iron Druid Chronicles.

Perfect summer read. Not quite as much fun as book one, but still a good time. Same campiness you would find in a Buffy or such, only with a druid and his baggage.

Oberon might be my spirit animal.

A worthy sequel to Hounded. I like the fresh story and the roots in Celtic lore. Very entertaining too, found myself laughing out loud several times. Looking forward to book 3.

Still love the premise and flow of the books, but find the writing style a bit amateurish, with some scenes not making the most sense. I'm hooked on the series though, and will continue to read, as they are very enjoyable.

Atticus and Oberon are an amusing pair.
