Clear and succinct with actionable tools!
Honestly this is what I want from any self help book. I'm neurodivergent and I'm working on a planner to help ppl like me get things done. Most if not all ND folks have deficiencies in the happy brain chemical department. So I wanted to give ppl ideas on how to take matters into their own hands.
This book will be one I recommend, the exercises are easy and basically free which means they're accessible to everyone!
We should all work on habits that bring more happiness into our lives!
