read for the swoon sisters' book club liveshow: september 2022

this was just so cute and had me hooked. the writing and the characters were phenomenal and i loved it overall 

On my backlist challenge ish

3.5 stars rounded up because it was a quick and super fun read! A great book to read before I head into some scarier novels soon. However, I'm not really feeling super invested enough in the other characters to continue with the series.
