Freaking Romance

I have never read graphic novels before so when @webtoonofficial sent me Freaking Romance 1 and 2 by Snailord (you read that right) from their influencer program, I was a little nervous. I shouldn't have been! They were so great!

Freaking Romance 1 is about Zylith being kicked out by her dad and then finds an apartment that no one will stay in. It's dirt cheap because it is HAUNTED!! She signs the lease knowing she will have to stay for the whole term or find someone to take over from her if she wants to leave.

She starts to see the apparition of a beautiful man but he can't see her. Yet he can see and pet her cat! (Not that cat... MIND OUT THE GUTTER!!)

It seems they are in parallel universes but can only interact in the apartment. It's really beautifully drawn and the storyline is pretty hilarious.

If you love supernatural manga, this series might just be the ticket!

I am not usually a fan of silly youngsters but I was quite endeared with Zylith and Zelan. I am so glad I have the next installment...
