Four Treasures of the Sky

This is an excellent story. I often wonder how I would have reacted if I were put in various situations. The main character, Daiyu, is a strong young lady. She remained strong through various events in her life, often when I felt I would have given up. I enjoy reading and learning about various cultures and how they were treated, and most often mis-treated during various times. This story explores both China and the “American West” during the 1800s. Sadly, Chinese, as well as many other asian cultures are still treated poorly in America.
