DNF- just not what i was looking for

A decent read at first, but after a while, it just felt too long. Too much randomness and jumping through autobiographical parts for my liking. Good message, but I had to skip a few pages to get through.

This book only averages a 3.81 rating? What? Seriously? I have read a ton of books on anxiety and depression and Sarah Wilson's way of relaying how it feels for her, who she talked to (along with the books, articles and research she read), and how she manages/continues to face her struggles was the most relatable yet. I am so happy that she exists and that she wrote this book because it arrived in my life when I needed it the most. I love this beautiful beast of a read and I will continue to tell the world about its greatness!
