Seriously!?!Where have you been while I was searching for everything you have hidden in this amazing omegaverse story! I loved the whole concept behind your world building, the flawless execution and your original ideas - not pre established pack - excellent; omega, raised in a lab and subjected to a certain conditioning - intriguing; underground fights to death and alphas, trained in captivity in a way that nullifies their humanity - omg, yes; creating a pack of outcasts and personalities that logically should cancel each other's compatibility - Atta, girl!! I had amazing time reading this story that started like medium level of dark and slowly moved to a lighter ending.
O-4, as she was known in the facility, where she was raised or Rose as she was named later, was an incredibly strong survivor. Watching her personal growth and all the trauma she went through, was a heady combination between fascinating, disturbing and humbling thought-provoking experience. And when finally Rose was free, life gave her yet another challenge to tackle. A challenge she embraced bravely with all her heart, love and acceptance - not only her scent matches weren't in one pack, they were like different stars in a galaxy - loners and feral alphas. But with Omega like Rose, as the beating heart of this misfit pack, nothing seemed impossible. Step by painful step, our little firecracker of a girl, managed to unite them all. Colt, Luka, Kye, Zane, Uno and finally Liam had their own unique stories to tell, their own internal battles and wounds to heal.
I loved seeing the open communication on page, the internal monologues of the different characters and the way the story was presented from different POVs. All of them combined, gave the book depth, richness and unparalleled sense of togetherness, because the bonds they all forged between each other were tested in trials, fails and bitter life lessons. But once the trust finally settled like a mantle over them all and all secrets, insecurities and mistakes were revealed and dealt with, Colt, Luka, Kye, Zane, Uno and Liam made a united front, unbreakable and solid. It wasn't easy to accomplish but with Rose's patience and unconditional love, a dream became a reality.
