Everywhere We Look

Three friends travel to a rural getaway for a weekend, hoping to reconnect after a period of estrangement. They disappeared from one another's lives after the fourth member of their group and her two children were violently murdered by her husband. The weekend starts out well enough, the friends ignoring their shared trauma for a new type of untruthful contentment. But when a girl from the town disappears, they become embroiled in her story, and they are forced to reckon with the past and reconfigure their relationships in the present.
