Every Last Secret

This was deliciously heinous. I HATED Neena, obviously. So it was a fantastic battle of wits between her and Cat and the twisty surprises were delightful.

I'm still figuring out my reading preferences, and this one was a bit of a mixed bag for me. A.R. Torre knows how to keep you hooked, that's for sure.

The story is about two women, Cat and Neena, who are tangled up in a toxic rivalry. Cat has a perfect life with her dreamy, successful husband, William. She's living the dream, but she's got a secret that could mess it all up.

Neena wants everything Cat has—especially William. She lands a job at his firm and moves in next door, plotting to weasel her way into their lives.

What's cool about this book is how it dives into their minds. You get all their juicy, unfiltered thoughts and insecurities. It's a wild ride, even if you can kinda see where it's going.

Overall, it's a solid read, but some parts felt predictable. Still, not every twist was easy to guess, and the ending had a surprising touch. And let's not forget—karma is a bitch!

That was….well completely unexpected. Had me on the edge of my seat all the way through!

I m really starting to appreciate thrillers like that. It is really enjoyable to watch this unhinged characters act in the way they do.

Was a nice read where everyone gets what they deserve. Appreciated that I wasn't attached to anyone, but I didn't really have to be.

Was great all up to the epilogue which felt completely unnecessary and completely went against the ending of the book and made me so mad!

I'm living for the rich bitch mama dramas much like May Cobb's The Hunting Wives. I need something that was like that or like The Last Mrs. Parrish.

This one was certainly very entertaining!! Would've given it 5 stars if the ending surprised me but I did predict the ending about 60% of the way in.

It did feel like it was a lot of build up to a pretty quick ending but I didn't mind at all. Great book, my first of this author but will not be my last.

Interesting, but it could have been a lot more if the characters were easy to connect with, a bit more relatable. Somehow everyone's motivations were either taken for granted or revealed too little too late, imo.

Domestic thrillers are not usually a favorite of mine but once in a while they just work.

This was a FUN break between my reads and was just the cat fight I needed to make me laugh at the absurdity and the immaturity of how women can be sometimes. Was I irritated? Yes. Was it annoying? At times. Did I enjoy it? Most assuredly

The last 30% was way more interesting than the rest of the book and ultimately the woman vs woman thing was a hard thing for me to get behind.

The men here really had like no consequences and the ending left me very unsatisfied.
