Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Through the Chakras

Too simple, not as detailed as I was hoping

I should have looked at the page count, but I got excited at the title. I'm working more on integrating reiki and eft, so Chakra eft sounded perfect.
I was expecting an eft scripting book. Multiple issues or triggers that could be for each Chakra. This is a common format for eft books.
This is NOT that. It does have scripts. Exactly one setup and one reframe for each Chakra and that's it.
Also, without any scale testing prior to scripts there no way to mark progress. Finding a scale that works for you and your clients is key to effective eft. That goes for self guided eft as well.
So this is a disappointment but it gives me a direction to look further into.
Moral of the story always check page counts before buying, especially for educational books!
