El Gato Borba = Borba the Cat

Borba the cat and Canelo the dog are friends. When they start going to school, Canelo studies to become a police dog. Borba doesn't understand why he cannot join the police force, and feels that this is an injustice. So Borba decides to defend the feline race by becoming a police cat.
