I really liked Thea and finding more about her!
The villain arc/reveal whatever you want to call it was weird???
The whole story we are led to believe it’s going to be her ex, but then it wasn’t? And it seemed random. Like.. I get wanting the element of surprise but this seemed out of left field.
That being said, it was cute and I loved Shep. His overbearing family can be a lot but it’s full of love.
We loooove all the good communication they had.

Delicate Escape is the 2nd book in the Sparrow Falls Series, and it gets better and better every time. 🩷 We learn very quickly that Thea is running from her past. When Thea needs help, she will have to reluctantly learn to trust her coworker’s brother. Thea isn’t the only one dealing with her past, Shep has been drowning in his own guilt for years. Both Shep and Thea will have to learn to move past their own trauma and grow together. They had the most beautiful journey together and I LOVED everything about this book. I cannot wait to see where the next story takes us. 🤍🩷
