Death Spell

When I left my world behind, I thought I knew what to expect. I was going to bide my time and find my strength to return home and claim my House back.

But Earth is far from the safe place I thought it would be.

War has a different face here, but it still follows my every step. Prime necromancers are after me, and the only way I can survive them is to work with terrans who hide their secrets even better than me.

The necromancers are not alone. People who shouldn’t exist at all are hiding in plain sight. They’re determined to cross the Gateway to Gaena, and take what they claim is rightfully theirs. The only thing standing in their way is me and my new, unusual friends.

And Mace.

The Winter prince I left behind in Gaena, sure that I would never see him again for as long as I lived. But he’s here, and he remembers, and he’ll stop at nothing to get his revenge for what he thinks I did to him.

With Hiss by my side and the New Orleans Shade alive under me, I will do whatever it takes to keep Mace safe, and to keep these strangers from taking over my world. Even if I have to pay for it with my life.
