I did not like the story in the beginning but my baby just loves the book and we read it everyday.
The flaps are quite resistant which was a nice surprise.

I know this is a classic, but I read it for the first time today and didn't love it as an adult. The pages were nice and thick even though my copy was a picture book, and I like how the flaps are different colors and open in different ways. I can see kids loving this to bits.

This is a cute little book. My son likes the flaps and making the animal sounds (when he knows them! -What sound does a camel make anyway...?). He knows puppy now too. :)
