During spring break, the High-Fives are in California, guests at the beach house of J.R. and Jack's father, Mr. Klipp. They are getting into the California scene when the Beach Bums claim their turf. How can J.R. get the guys together for the skate-off challenge--and drive the Bums off the beach?
