Cry of the Giraffe

Thirteen-year-old Wuditu and her Ethiopian Jewish family travel to Sudan in hopes of being transported to their ancient homeland, but once there, Wuditu is forced to return to Ethiopia alone, where she is enslaved and dreams of reunion with her family inYerusalem.
