Pine Valley is a school that’s both rich in history and legacy, and it’s once more opening its doors to another year of students.
Skylar Warren owns the streets of Pine Valley and everybody in it. From cars to people, there is nothing he wants that he can’t get—until now.
When he is offered a chance to race for the prestigious StarFire racing, Skylar realizes there are two things he wants more than anything else in this world—the championship title and Silas Townsend—and he plans to get both, whatever it takes.
Silas “Bones” Townsend has the perfect life—or so everyone thinks. What they don’t know is just how utterly lonely and cold his existence has become… until Skylar. The man who can enrage him like no other and won’t take no for an answer. Bones finds himself dragged into Skylar’s life and the spotlight whether he wants it or not.
This town has a way of bringing people together, however, and not even fate can stand in the way of true love.
Buckle up, angel, because it's going to be one hell of a ride.
Can Skylar and Bones withstand what Pine Valley has in store for them, or will crashing hearts be all that’s left?

Just finished K.A. Knight's "Crashing Hearts" and I'm still catching my breath! This second installment in the Pine Valley College series completely consumed my week.
Skylar Warren and Silas "Bones" Townsend's story is the perfect grumpy/sunshine, hate-to-love romance with all the intensity you'd expect from K.A. Knight. The street racing scenes had me on the edge of my seat, while the chemistry between these two was absolutely OFF THE CHARTS! 🔥
What I loved most was how both characters had these tough exteriors but vulnerable cores that only the other could truly see. The found family aspect made my heart so happy, and the way the story balanced darkness with light was masterfully done.
Fair warning: this book contains mature themes including violence, stalking, and other potentially triggering content (see author's TW), but Knight handles these elements with care while delivering an emotionally satisfying MM romance.
If you're looking for a romance that combines adrenaline, angst, and a seriously protective MMC with "touch him and die" vibes, this book is absolutely for you!
