Corrupting Cali

Was this exact what I wanted in the moment? Yes. All I wanted was instalove, mafia, and some kinky daddy goodness which is exactly what I got. The intensity of the Declan and him giving Cali all she could ever want and more was so perfect. I loved the care taking scenes so so much.

I just felt this book was so repetitive. For a book around 250 pages, the same lines and conversations were used too many times. This might be a me thing but I loathed the idea that many of people surrounding these guys lives were into the same kink so it could be outwardly shown but his friends stepping into that role if Declan was not there was just icky to me.

Declan finds his little!

I adore Declan, he popped in and out in the Daddies of the Shadows series, I was so excited to see that Kate wrote the Irish Mob guys their own series. Cali is an awesome woman and is a handful, but we all know these Daddies love their little girls fiesty! It really was a wonderful book. My only complaint is I love these books so much that I end up reading one in literally one sitting. I'm excited to read Killian's story next. Another amazing Kate Oliver book!
