Overly convoluted, and character development and plot lines seemed to start and stop in fits with no rhyme or reason.

 I received a free copy of this book as part of the Novel Suspects Insider's Club. This is the second book in the Anna and Fin series. And also the second book by Denise Mina that I read.
Before I received this book I didn't know anything about the author or series. So I am happy that I received this book because I really like the characters in these books. I also like the fact that the book that we are reading is actually the book that Anna writes after everything happens. I also like the chapters that are actual episodes of their podcast.
