I thought it would be interesting to see an omegaverse story with a chronically sick omega.
It was ok, but god... this was too cutesy and not enough anything else. There was a plot but meh.
I did not enjoy any of the MMCs and it was kind of gross how many times it was mentioned that the FMC was so small. Like a child small
