This ticks so many of my personal pleasure-read boxes: heroine dropped into a remote environment and has to figure what's what, reverse harem of love interests that are searching for their mate to protect and love forever, and most importantly putting in the work and effort to communicate effectively their thoughts and feelings to each other when they don't speak the same language.
Re-read 4/4/21 Star rating from 3 -> 4
Okay, I actually liked this one much more than I did the first read through probably because I've read more RH and alien romances in the last two years. This one is sweet, cute, and fun. I still really liked how logical and cautious she is about things and think she is a great character.
I mean, is most of the book just swinging in trees? Yeah, but it doesn't take into account the smaller things that are going on like language exchange, the building of emotions, and Lily getting used to the new planet.

Not a huge fan of this one. Most of the book is them swinging through the forest to get to the safe place.
Lily though is a great character. She doesn't automatically trust everyone, she's cautious about trying out new food and drink – trying them out first, or even rubbing them against her skin to check before ingesting, and she is hardworking and determined. All to say, I really liked her character and wished I liked the book more. I just wanted more of a story.
The guys were good characters too and I liked how they were all outcasts for different reasons and had different personalities.
