A high level of unemployment has destroyed the economy, resulting in record student loan defaults. In this dystopian landscape, the government has developed a method of taking back the knowledge gained from the loans. As Ben's education is gradually repossessed, the "Chimpanzee" protest movement grows ever stronger -- can the two be connected?
