What A Rush. This was a very good book, even if I did have a few quibbles with it as an Autistic. The action is among the craziest I've seen in novel form, in all the best ways. And the pacing of the abilities and how they are discovered is slow enough to seem “plausible” and yet quick enough to keep the action going well. Excellent work, looking forward to the rest of the series.
Brainrush by Richard Bard: A freak accident turns Jake Bronson's life inside out. An MRI malfunction gives him extraordinary mental abilities. But as soon as these powers make the evening news, others seek to control Jake. This brings about a thrilling adventure that changes everything about the course of his life and could ultimately change things for the rest of the world in the process.
Brainrush is book one of three in the series and a thrilling read that leaves the reader thirsty for book two.
